phase: Coaching
Our role is to facilitate and assist a firm's move to the United States.

that the structure you build allows you to start your development correctly.
Development phase:
We manage and advise the US entity in the administrative and man resources,
accounting, and financial fields.
Our objective is to protect the parent company's interests, and
foster the regular flow of information between the US entity and the parent
company.
Marie Landel & Associates also takes care of daily administrative,
accounting, and financial operations.
